1How do I join a server?
Open the servers page and press "Connect" - Steam starts CS2 and joins the server right away. You can also copy the address and type connect address in the CS2 console.
2Are the skins really free?
Yes. Pick any skin, knife or gloves in your profile on the site and you get them on the server. Nothing to buy or trade.
3Who sees my skins?
You and every player on CSMIX servers. Skins work only on our servers: they do not appear in your Steam inventory or on other servers.
4When does the skin show up in the game?
If you are already on a server - right after you press "Apply". Otherwise the next time you join.
5Can I use different skins for T and CT?
Yes. Choose the team at the top of the skin changer: "Both teams", "T" or "CT". A choice for one team overrides the choice for both.
6How do levels work?
You get XP for kills, assists and round wins. There are 100 levels, each with its own icon. Your level and progress are on your profile.
7Is the language the same in the game and on the site?
Yes. When you sign in with Steam, the site opens in the language you chose in the game. If you change the language on the site, the in-game menu switches too.
8What are collections?
A collection is a saved set of your skins. Make it public and other players can like it or apply the whole set to themselves in one click.
9I was banned by mistake. What should I do?
You can see your punishment in your profile on the site, in the "Punishments" tab. Contact the admins: include your SteamID and explain what happened.
