CSMIX is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

• You may use the Service from the age of 13; under 18 with your parents' permission. Counter-Strike 2 has a mature age rating.
• There is no separate registration: you sign in only through Steam. We never receive or store your Steam password.
• You are responsible for the security of your Steam account and for everything done from it on the Service.
• Evading a ban with another account is not allowed.

• The Service is free: game servers, statistics, a leaderboard, a skin changer and collections.
• Skins from the skin changer are only a visual appearance on CSMIX servers. They are not Steam items: they do not appear in your Steam inventory, cannot be sold, traded or withdrawn, and have no monetary value.
• We may change, add and remove features, modes and servers and temporarily suspend the Service (CS2 updates, maintenance, outages). The free Service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

• The Server rules apply on our servers.
• On the website you may not: use offensive, illegal or promotional collection names or name tags; attack the Service, scrape data in bulk or bypass limits; pretend to be CSMIX staff; use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• By publishing a collection you allow us to show it on the Service while it is public, and other players to apply it to themselves.

• For violations we may issue a mute, chat block or ban on the servers, hide or remove a collection name or name tag, or restrict website features. We take into account how serious the violation is and whether it is repeated.
• Cheats are also detected by an automated system (anti-cheat).
• The reason and duration of a punishment are shown in the player's profile on the "Punishments" tab. On request we will explain in detail: what was violated, under which rule, and whether the decision was automated.

• To report a violation or illegal content: write to [email protected] with a link to the page (or the name and server), what is wrong and why. We will confirm receipt and tell you our decision.
• To appeal a decision: write within 6 months with your SteamID, the decision and why you disagree. A person will review the appeal, usually within 14 days. If the decision was wrong we will reverse it and the profile will show the status "Lifted".
• You can also turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) or to a court.

• We are not responsible for Steam and CS2, the actions of other players, loss of settings due to outages or indirect losses.
• This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your consumer rights under EU and Latvian law.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy policy). We may block access for serious or repeated violations.

• We will announce significant changes to these Terms on the website at least 14 days in advance.
• Latvian law applies; if you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the rights your country's law gives you. Please write to us first - most issues are solved that way.
• The Latvian and English versions of these Terms are the authoritative ones; other languages are translations for convenience.
